Locating the Wind Crest

The Wind Crest is located within the West Village area, specifically within the church that acts as a significant landmark in this section of the game. You'll need to have progressed through the story to the point where you have access to this area.

Once inside the church, head towards the altar. The Wind Crest isn't immediately visible. Instead, you'll need to interact with a specific element within the church's architecture.

Solving the Puzzle

To obtain the Wind Crest, you need to solve a small environmental puzzle. Examine the altar closely. You'll notice a small, almost hidden, lever or mechanism nearby. Interact with this lever. This action will initiate a subtle change within the church's structure.
